Due to the constraint of the structural design of medical devices, Grand’s firmware design team is dedicated to the integration of production function and flexible electronic circuit design.

Software functionality is pivotal to pressure relief products. Grand’s software design team provides cost-effective and efficient solutions while maintaining optimal product performance.
Production Integration
Our R&D department works collaboratively with the production department to continually strive for more effective manufacture process. The production protocal is constantly evaluated for further improvement.

Our Quality First Promise

At Grand, we are dedicated to maintain our “Quality First” promise. From high frequency welding, pump assembly, sewing/screen printing, to plastic injection, we strictly keep excellent product quality by providing a one-stop production service line. Nearly all components are manufactured on-site and abide by our strict quality standard. Grand is commited to product quality and constantly evaluate production protocol to strive for perfection.

With the joint effort between production and R&D department, Grand is proud to have obtained ISO:13485 quality management system certification for its design and manufacturing process. In addition, Grand’s manufacturing site is also approved by FDA, MDSAP, and other world-class safety accreditation. Untill 2020, Grand has received various medical product certificate including, US FDA 510(K), MDD 93/42/EEC, and etc.
